It's All ... Fault!! Like many people, I am sure, I could put the blame on others for events that have happened in my own life, while conveniently excusing myself from responsibilty. As I have been following this journey that started with origins (who we are and where we came from) it inexorably leads back to genetics. But if we are hard wired to respond in a certain way, then we can't do anything about it, right? Well, maybe not. Here is an intriguing quote which mentions a few key words those familiar with the heart chakra should notice:
...Childre further postulates, “The heart serves as a key access point through which information originating in the higher dimensional structures is coupled into the physical human system (including DNA), and that states of heart coherence generated through experiencing heartfelt positive emotions increase this coupling.”
The heart, which generates a much stronger electromagnetic field than the brain’s, provides the energetic field that binds together the higher dimensional structures and the body’s many systems as well as its DNA.
Childre’s theory of heart intelligence proposes that “individuals who are able to maintain states of heart coherence have increased coupling to the higher dimensional structures and would thus be more able to produce changes in the DNA.”
This comes from: https://heartmath.org/articles… and was found by asking the question: "Can we change our DNA?" Answer is? Maybe we just can do that after all...
Kari H Awesome quote and info! I love heartmath.org. Thanks for sharing this. :D

Kari H Have you used any of heartmath.org's biofeedback tools? I haven't, but I know a couple people who have. I've thought about it as it'd be cool to see the feedback as one learns to maintain heart coherence.
cbos I've looked up the term "heart coherence" and it appears to be coined by the HeartMath Institute. I have never made the connection before that the heart has it's own circuitry and so is more powerful than the brain in setting the tone. Perhaps it is also relevant with so many threads going on around the world to practice multi-dimensional awareness? I am thinking already beyond the elections, beyond the purchase of property in Vermont. How will these places be powered? What will our relationships be like? Of what materials will the buildings be constructed? How can a project that takes place in North America be useful for those in Africa (think circular construction of huts, they use less material and are stronger), and vice versa? Lots going on. This is wonderful!
