I'm looking to see if there is any local (USA) information on promissory notes and declaring yourself sovereign here in the United states. Does anyone have experience with this?
Hi Joshua, I have been studying Common Law a bit lately. I found a fellow, Bill Thornton, who has been teaching Common Law for some years now. I have been watching his YouTube videos and following a course of study he has outlined at his website: He speaks of sovereignty mostly as a natural state and you are sovereign as soon as you declare it. I have heard of formal declarations that can be made as well. I have been disengaging from credit card debt via information on a site in England: (They have a US version with the appropriate laws to be aware of.) They have a section on promissory notes and also steps to copywriting your name - look under template letters > Banks & Credit Cards. They have a forum where you might e able to get more on declaring sovereignty as well. It's a place to start!
